Co-Founder, Creative Director

Ingrid is the heart and soul of Big Invisible and brings over a decade of experience as a visual designer working in an agency, in-house, and freelance environments. She specializes in branding, strategy, and identity development.

Her efforts help companies reach their goals, build their dreams, and grow their brand. During her tenure at Microsoft, she started her own business as an outlet for illustration, craft projects, and on-the-side work for family and close friends. After gaining valuable branding experiences at Northwave SRL in Northern Italy, Marketing Drive in Boston, MA, Apple in Miami, FL, and Microsoft in Redmond, WA, she decided to build her dream instead of someone else’s. In 2012, Ingrid left Microsoft to put all her energy into turning her passion into a reliable and creative company.

By creating strong personalities, brand assets, and launch strategies, the companies she has worked with have gone on to be disruptors of their industry – leaders, and advocators of change, community leaders, or successful businesses. In her spare time, she is an avid hiker and mountain biker.
